Rey-Mar Construction is a Texas partnership and was founded in 1991 by Oscar Martinez, Sr. Our business began with one crew that focused on excavation, water and sewer line installation and concrete work.

August 3, 2012 Oscar’s son David Martinez joined the company as a partner. David had spent the prior 8 years working both in the field and project management in heavy municipal utility contractor with it’s expertise in the water and wastewater construction and repair field. Since David jointed our business has focused on all aspects of sewer lift station construction, rehabilitation, as well as emergency utility mobilization.

Today, the company has 2 Estimators, 5 Project Managers, 4 Superintendents, 4 Leads, 8 crews, a Financial Controller, an office manager, a total of 50 employees all together.

We work mainly with developers and all Dallas/Fort Worth area municipalities. Our mission is to be the construction company you can count on to fulfill your utility construction needs.

Rey-Mar Construction annual volume is 25M of completed work. No job is too small and we have completed projects over 3M. The company prefers to limit individual project to between 1M to 3M. This allows adequate supervision of all field operations by management producing a quality installation for the owner of the project.
