Rey-Mar Construction, LLC is a growing and expanding commercial and industrial construction contractor founded in 2012 and is based in Fort Worth, TX.

We have 11 years of experience constructing, rehabilitating and repairing, water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, lift stations, chemical processing installations and on-call emergency repairs. We work with municipal governments, water districts and developers. Rey-Mar Construction, LLC has the capability to meet all your project needs.

Rey-Mar Construction was founded by Oscar Martinez Sr in 1991 from humble beginnings.  His company started as a subcontractor focusing on concrete work and general utilities.  During his startup, Oscar wore many hats including foreman, superintendent, project manager, equipment manager, and human resources.  His crew consisted of his brother and two laborers.  His equipment consisted of a work truck and a small used backhoe.  Mr. Martinez worked from dusk to dawn Monday through Saturday.  His Sundays were spent preparing his work truck and repairing equipment to be ready for work on Mondays.

In August of 2012, his son, David Martinez, joined Rey-Mar Construction and he brought with him his expertise and field experience in building lift stations and wastewater treatment plants.  In 2012, David was able to secure bonding and began pursuing projects as a general contractor.

Today, Rey-Mar Construction employs over 50 full-time professional employees.  Our company serves all North Texas and performs over 25 million in contracts annually.  Although Rey-Mar Construction has continued to grow, it is still a family-owned business that treats its employees and customers like family.
